In a shocking incident near Bengaluru, a yoga teacher in mid-thirties managed to survive being kidnapped, molested, and buried alive.
The abductors, after strangling her and assuming she was dead, buried her in a shallow pit in a forest near Devanahalli, taking her jewelry before leaving. Remarkably, she used her breathing techniques to stay alive after feigning death, eventually clawing her way out of the pit.
The abduction, reportedly masterminded by Bindu (27), stemmed from her suspicions over her husband’s interactions with the yoga teacher. She allegedly involved a friend, Satish Reddy, who posed as a yoga student to get close to the victim and lured her to a shooting range where 3 more assailants joined him (including a minor).
After escaping, the woman sought help from locals and was admitted to a hospital. Police have arrested seven individuals, including Bindu and Satish Reddy.
