Jaipur Woman’s Death: Harassment Or Accident?
Muskan Jain, a Jaipur teacher, died on January 16. Her in-laws claimed she accidentally fell down the stairs, but videos from her phone suggest harassment by her husband and in-laws.
Four days later, her father unlocked her phone with a cyber expert’s help and found four videos. In one, Muskan, crying, said, “For two years, my in-laws tortured me. I never imagined my husband would be like this… I’m done with my life.”
Her father now alleges she was driven to suicide and has filed a police complaint against her husband, Priyansh Sharma, and his parents. Police are investigating.
