A graphic designer tweeted recently that he was happy to have joined an all-men company because there was “no drama or office politics”. The tweet went viral, suggesting many share that view.
But we already knew that because disagreements brought forth by women are seen as “women’s issues” or “drama”. Men’s issues are just employee issues. Even when men act violently at the workplace, it is not “Drama”. This bias needs calling out!
