The Despicable Condition of Justice in India
Haveri Karnataka: In 2024, seven people decided they will be the moral police in the area. When they found out a woman was in a hotel with a Hindu man, they assaulted them. But it got way worse. They took the woman to a jungle and sexually assaulted her. Mind you, they wanted to “save her honor”.
Aftab Chandanakatti, Madar Saab Mandakki, Samiwulla Lalanavar, Mohammad Sadiq Agasimani, Shoib Mulla, Tausip Choti, and Riyaz Savikeri were recently released on bail and they were received with a grand welcome. Reels were posted on social media in their honor.
Tell us honestly, what chance the lone woman will actually fight the case now? This is why Indian conviction rate is low. In fact, this case will be called fake too. Disgusting.
