A man was caught allegedly recording upskirt videos using a hidden camera placed inside a paper bag in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
Alert bystanders noticed suspicious behavior and confronted him. As he tried to flee, a group of men chased and restrained him, later handing him over to police.
When his phone was examined, disturbing evidence surfaced — multiple files of illicit photos and videos.
The suspect is a student from Cyberjaya, KL. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine if others were involved or if this was a solo act.
