CCTV footage captured three individuals—two women and a man—leaving her in an e-rickshaw around 2 a.m. Discovered unconscious the next morning, she was rushed to Darshan Nagar Medical College but succumbed during treatment.
The incident sparked outrage, with police filing an FIR under IPC sections for abandonment and elderly neglect, actively investigating to identify the deceased and the perpetrators.
