The disturbing discovery, made on August 18, 2025, pointed to 30-year-old sweeper Surendra Rana, who allegedly recorded indecent videos of customers, using charm and access to the facility to deceive his victims. The alert woman noticed the device while using the toilet, triggering a probe that exposed a grave privacy violation, leaving the community in disbelief.
