MP College Fest: Students Caught Filming Women while changing clothes, 3 Arrested
During a college youth festival in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, four male students were caught secretly recording female students while they were changing clothes for their performances. The suspicious activity was noticed by some students, and CCTV footage later confirmed that the accused were filming through a ventilator. Following the complaint, three of the students—Umesh Joshi, Ajay Gaur, and Himanshu Bairagi—were arrested, while the fourth suspect remains at large.
Umesh Joshi, who was the ABVP city secretary, has been removed from his post following the incident. Police have seized the mobile phones of the accused for forensic analysis to check if any recordings were saved or circulated.
The police are continuing their investigation, including forensic checks on the seized phones. They are actively searching for the fourth accused and coordinating with local authorities to ensure all involved are brought to justice.
