In a disturbing incident in Noida’s Sector 51, a woman was harassed by a group of men near a hotel, who made obscene gestures and behaved indecently toward her. Displaying remarkable composure, the victim recorded the entire episode on her phone and promptly reported it to the authorities. The Noida police swung into action, conducting a thorough investigation that led to the identification and arrest of two suspects the very next day.
The arrested individuals, Mohit Baisoya, 23, and Prince Baisoya, 25, were taken into custody. A case has been registered against them under Sections 79 (insult intended to provoke breach of peace), 351(2) (criminal intimidation), and 352 (assault with intent to insult) of the BNS.
