The video surfaced on October 24, prompting the Jhansi Police’s Anti-Romeo Squad to arrest Shanky Sahu (20) from Gadagaon Gate and Prince Verma (22) from Bangla Ghat the same day. A case was filed under relevant BNS sections for eve-teasing and harassment.
