Toronto police have arrested 45-year-old Sri Lankan influencer Mohamed Askar Mohamed-Razik, charging him with four counts of criminal harassment after a series of incidents in which he filmed women and other members of the public without their consent in Toronto, Canada.
Authorities say the accused repeatedly approached strangers in busy areas across the city and recorded them with his phone in ways that made them visibly uncomfortable, even when asked to stop. The conduct reportedly included filming a woman in June 2025 near Dufferin Street and continued harassment incidents.
Police first took him into custody on December 10, 2025, and he recently appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice on the harassment charges. The Toronto Police Service has released his image and warned that the investigation remains ongoing, urging anyone who may have been affected to come forward, as they believe there may be additional victims.
