A routine medical lecture at the Sri Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences in Bengaluru recently took a shocking turn when a professor, identified as Mohammed, publicly claimed in the middle of class that a student had proposed to him. In a video that has since gone viral, the professor expressed that he shared these feelings and even brought a large carton of chocolates to distribute to the class. The situation quickly turned hostile when the student at the center of the claim stood up to vehemently deny the allegation, challenging the professor to produce CCTV evidence and demanding the matter be taken to the principal.
The tension escalated rapidly as the confrontation moved from the classroom to the campus grounds. According to reports, the student eventually confronted the professor physically, allegedly using her footwear to strike him while other students joined in with verbal and physical aggression. Despite the chaotic and violent nature of the scuffle, which was captured in multiple mobile phone recordings, local police from the Nelamangala Rural station have noted that neither the professor nor the student has filed an official complaint as of yet.
