Is it a cop-out?
Hallmark of any orthodoxy is the tendency to blame the weakest for any and all issues facing the participants. Are we witnessing the same with the inefficiencies around the marital issues festering in the quagmire that is our legal system?
All aspects of the system are male-dominated and nobody seems to know how to fix it, but everyone knows it’s easy to blame the women.
For example, how many bar associations have said they will debar lawyers who give advice to file false cases? Even one? See where this is going?
