With anti-Indian racism at an all time high, this Minnesota woman’s gesture is winning hearts.
An asphalt work crew was working in a Minnesota (USA) neighborhood when they were drawn by the smell of freshly cooked South Indian food. The cook graciously offered the crew Vada Chutney and they loved the food (who doesn’t). The crew made a video and their construction company posted his beautiful interaction. The incredible power of food to trasncend cultural boundaries is yet again demonstrated.
