Sidney Hill, a father from Pinetown, South Africa, was with his daughter in their Toyota Hilux outside their home when three armed men in white car approached them and opened fire.
Hill immediately shielded his daughter with his body while firing back at the attackers. He made sure she was protected as he faced the armed men. One of the attackers was fatally shot, while the others fled.
The incident was captured on dashcam footage. He didn’t just fight back; he made sure his daughter was safe. This is what a superhero father looks like.
