A common theme on social media is that all rape cases that are not convicted are portrayed as fake. In India rape conviction rate is about 27%. In the UK about 2%.
That’s not because the cases are fake but because conviction in such cases is painfully tough to achieve. There are no witnesses and the evidence is largely forensic & circumstantial. As the punishments are harsh, the burden of proof mounts on the prosecution.
In the case discussed in the clip, Kiran Negi, a 19 yo girl was murdered. But her case will be classified as fake by some people. That’s bias, not argument.
