The trouble began as Mouni approached the stage, where older men—described by her as “uncles well-aged to be grandparents”—allegedly touched her waist for photos despite her protests. On stage, two men in the front row escalated the situation with lewd remarks, inappropriate gestures, name-calling, and low-angle filming, ignoring her signals to stop.
Even after she gestured politely, they threw roses mockingly, leading her to briefly exit the stage before returning to finish. Mouni highlighted the lack of intervention from organizers or family members, calling the experience “humiliating and traumatic.”
