Uttarakhand: A young woman and her brother were chased late at night by two men on a motorcycle. The siblings were returning home after attending a friend’s birthday party—when the accused, riding a Bullet bike without a number plate, began following them near the Mini Stadium area.
The perpetrators made obscene gestures, honked persistently, g*oped the woman, and even struck at them during the chase along Rampur Road, causing panic as the sister screamed for help while her brother accelerated to escape.
Police acted swiftly on the complaint and a viral video of the harrowing bike chase that surfaced on social media, arresting the two accused identified as Ajay Fartyal and Ajay Singh Thapa.
