A shocking case from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, has come to light in which a 17yo girl is crying on the road, she is heard repeatedly shouting “he raped me,” while her mother and others present at the scene try to calm her.
Mathura police have taken notice of the case and said that a complaint has been received and arrest been made. An investigation is currently underway, and officials stated that the girl’s allegations are being examined as part of the probe.
According to initial information shared by police, there is also a financial dispute between the accused and the minor’s family. Reports indicate that a house given to her mother involved a sum of around ₹15 lakh, of which approximately ₹10 lakh is outstanding. Authorities are looking into all aspect.
The girl is undergoing a medical examination, and the investigation is ongoing.
