A disturbing incident from Bengaluru’s outskirts has sparked outrage after a man attacked his wife’s witha sharp weapon in broad daylight on a public road. The incident took place in the Dasanapura area , where the accused, identified as Sanjay, stopped his wife Sonali while she was leaving her house and attacked her with a knife. Reports suggest the couple had been facing marital disputes for some time.
People present at the spot rushed to save the woman after witnessing the attack. Locals managed to overpower Sanjay before the situation turned more serious. Sonali was reportedly injured and left traumatised after the incident.
Police later reached the spot and detained the accused. An investigation into the case is currently underway.
