Sub-Inspector of Telangana Police was arrested and dismissed on Wednesday after allegedly raping a woman head constable at gunpoint. The incident occurred on June 16 in a guest room of an irrigation project facility. The victim reported that the sub-inspector threatened her with his service revolver, raped her, and threatened her against reporting the incident.

Following her complaint, a police investigation confirmed the allegations, resulting in disciplinary action & dismissal of the Sub-Inspector.
