Bengaluru, Karnataka: A shocking video recorded from inside an ambulance shows a group of reckless bikers performing dangerous Stunts and obstructing the emergency vehicle, even as a patient lay on a stretcher and the siren blared continuously.
The incident took place around 2:30 a.m. on July 4 between Goraguntepalya and Yeshwanthpur. Police are reviewing CCTV footage to identify those involved and have said a case will be registered after the investigation.
Blocking an ambulance is a punishable offence in India. Every second is critical during a medical emergency, and delaying an ambulance can put a patient’s life at serious risk.
