A seven-year-old girl in Nagpur bravely disclosed se*ual abuse by 47-year-old tenant after a “good touch, bad touch” lesson at her school. She told her teacher that the man, identified as Rajesh Kanojia, had been touching her inappropriately. The revelation prompted her mother to file a police complaint, leading to the registration of a case and the accused’s arrest.
According to the complaint, Kanojia, who lived as a tenant in the family’s house, lured the child into his room with chocolates, se*ually abused her, and later threatened her to remain silent. The incidents occurred between June 30 and October 13. The school safety session played a key role in helping the girl speak up about the abuse.
