Chaos erupted at the Chauhan Automobiles Maruti Suzuki showroom in Nehru Nagar, Bhilai, when a female employee publicly confronted the General Manager (CEO) over allegations of sexual harassment. In a dramatic scene captured on video, the woman threw ink at the manager and allegedly slapped him in the presence of a police officer. She accused him of sending obscene messages and making inappropriate advances during her tenure at the showroom.
The incident has triggered a wider investigation, as reports indicate several other female employees have since come forward with similar complaints against the manager. Local police, led by CSP Satyaprakash Tiwari, are currently examining the formal charges and the viral footage. While the manager has denied the allegations, authorities have assured a thorough probe into the workplace misconduct claims.
