Dr. Divita Kothekar is an Assistant Professor of Law at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, specialising in criminal law, intellectual property rights, and constitutional law. She holds a B.A. LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune, an LL.M. from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, and a Ph.D. in Law from MNLU Nagpur. She is actively engaged in academic and social initiatives on gender justice and access to justice, and is associated with Law Forum, Nagpur and WREAD – Women’s Studies Centre, Nagpur.
