It is legal to shoot videos in public, as there is no presumption of privacy. But it is still illegal to harass people using such videos. Outraging the modesty of anyone by making videos in an invasive or suggestive way is NOT legal and you can certainly go to the police.
We expect Social Media platforms to act responsibly too. Too much of such content on all SM platforms doesn’t inspire confidence in their willingness to engage with the victims.
