The man drove her to a secluded spot, where he brutally raped her inside the vehicle, leaving her traumatized and alone. The young girl, overwhelmed by fear and shame, initially kept silent but eventually confided in her family. They rushed her to a hospital for medical attention and reported the assault to the police, who registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
