Bittu Singh from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh , allegedly drugged, raped and blackmailed a 16-year-old girl. The accused mother worked as a domestic help for Bittu’s family.
He spiked the girl’s cold drink with drugs and raped her, recording the act for blackmail. He used the video to assault her multiple times and later involved his friends, who also raped her under threats to leak the footage. The pregnancy remained hidden until her health worsened four months ago. The accused attempted to force an abortion at a hospital, but doctors refused due to the risk to her life.
Her mother fought for justice. She filed complaints at Bhavanpur station and Nauchandi station too but the police ignored her pleas. Later she approached Senior Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada, leading to Bittu Singh’s arrest that night. A female Circle Officer leads the investigation. They’re took the girl’s statement. The other two accused are still absconding.
